Default WTB max platinum fire wand, max voltaic air wand

I'm looking for a platinum wand that is linked to the fire magic attribute (and does fire damage) and a voltaic wand that is linked to the air magic attribute (and does lightning damage. More specifically, (since it has recently come to my attention that factions weapons can't be altered with wand wrappings):

Platinum Wand
Fire damage: 11-22 (Req. __ Fire Magic)
Halves Casting Time of Fire Magic spells (20%)
Halves skill recharge of Fire Magic spells (20%)

Voltaic Wand
Lightning Damage: 11-22 (Req. __ Air Magic)
Halves Casting Time of Air Magic spells (20%)
Halves skill recharge of Air Magic spells (20%)

I'd also like to buy the green Stormborn Artifact:
Energy +12
Water Magic +1 (20%)
Health +45 (while enchanted)

Anyone happen to be lucky enough to get one of these to drop?
